- Administer USCYBERCOM budget resources to ensure alignment with mission priorities and funding requirements.
- Execute the budget for mission requirements.
- Brief command leadership on budget formulation, execution, and funding priorities.
- Evaluate program funding execution to verify resources were utilized appropriately and in accordance with authorized requirements.
- Analyze budget reports and funding requirements for future-year budget planning.
- Provide resource management expertise to resolve complex financial and operational issues.
- Work with senior-level organizations to address and resolve complex budget and resource management issues.
- Produce and share narrative documentation supporting budget program requirements and funding decisions.

- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Three year trial/probationary period may be required.
- The incumbent must be able to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET SCI clearance as a condition of employment and must complete a counterintelligence scope polygraph exam.
- This is a Drug Testing Designated Position. This position is covered by the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Program. The incumbent is required to sign a DA Form 5019-R.
- Must pass urinalysis testing, as required, prior to appointment, reassignment, or transfer and periodically thereafter.
- The incumbent must meet NSA personnel security requirements outlined in NSA/CSS Policy 5-1.
- Work may occasionally require travel away from the normal duty station on military and/or commercial aircraft up to 20% of the time.
- The incumbent may be recalled to duty, may be required to work other than normal duty hours, which may include evenings, weekends, and/or holidays, and may be required to work overtime.
- This is a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT Level 3 Certified position designated as such in accordance with the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) 2012, Public Law 112-81, Subtitle F. Incumbent will need FMC Level 3 certification.
- Incumbent is required to submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450 upon entering the position and annually in accordance with DoD Directive 5500-7-R, Joint Ethics regulation, dated 17-Nov-2011.
